To book an initial consultation or if you have any queries, please contact any Sonder Clinical Psychology practitioner through their contact form found on their individual profile and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Do check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive an email. Please note that the standard fees and relevant surcharges will be charged, unless otherwise requested by eligible clients. If at any time, it is ascertained that your difficulties lie outside your clinician's area of expertise, you will be assisted in finding the most appropriate service for referral. Please note that the practice does not provide mental health crisis services, after-hours services, or therapeutic services over email or phone; and does not reply text messages. Replies to the contact form may take at least 24 working hours or longer (not including weekends or public holidays)

COVID-19 INFORMATION

Please note that due to current COVID-19 restrictions, the practice offers both in-person and telehealth appointments are available, depending on the individual practitioner's preferences. This can change depending on the evolving COVID-19 situation in Sydney and upon the government's health advice. For those who book in-person appointments, if you (1) have a fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, or shortness of breath, or (2) had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having COVID-19, or (3) have travelled internationally or domestically in the last 14 days, please DO NOT attend your appointment at the practice and request a telehealth appointment by contacting your practitioner. You could be charged for the missed appointment if you are refused entry due to not meeting COVID-Safe requirements. When you attend on-site sessions at the practice, you have to provide proof of your vaccination status (fully vaccinated with 3 or more doses), scan the COVID-Safe QR code, wear a mask at all times, sanitise your hands, undergo a temperature check, and (depending on your practitioner's preference) provide a negative COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction test (PCR; 48 to 72 hours prior) or a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test (RAT; the day of your appointment or on site) at every appointment.​ The practice has RATs available for purchase if clients require them.
