SONDER CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
JOIN US
We invite clinical psychologists and clinical psychology registrars who share our values and a similar professional approach to join our supportive and collegiate private practice collective. Sonder Clinical Psychology is made up of practitioners in private practice, where we each have autonomy in how we independently run our own clinical practice but yet benefit from being part of a group, such as staving off the self-isolation that is often common with solo practices, cross-referrals, peer supervision, etc. If you are interested in joining us, please note that you would not be joining as a contractor because we utilise a variant of the rental business model, i.e., practitioners lease a therapy room to be part of Sonder Clinical Psychology, after we ascertain a good match. To ensure a good fit with any potential practitioners who wish to join, Sonder Clinical Psychology conducts a thorough interview process, including reference checks. We generally prefer both applicants and referees to be individuals known to our team to safeguard the Sonder Clinical Psychology brand and space.
When you join Sonder Clinical Psychology, you will be able to:
-
Practice in therapy rooms at a tastefully and fully furnished property that is located on a quiet tree-lined street, with a classic terrace house exterior but modern interior, high ceilings, sky lights, and polished wooden floors.
-
Utilise the practice's WiFi, air-conditioner and heater, air purifier, TV with capability to screen-mirror from an iPad or Android tablet as a digital whiteboard, printer, full kitchen with dining facilities, and a clinician-only outdoor rest area in the backyard. If available, staff parking can be arranged at an additional but minimal cost.
-
List your practice on the Sonder Clinical Psychology website; some clinicians brand their practice separately with their own website in addition to listing with us to increase their SEO ranking through backlinks.
-
Have flexibility and autonomy regarding how you run your own practice, such as choosing your own schedule, client load, time off, as well as, pursuing your clinical interests, amongst other self-directed choices.
-
Receive hands-on support if needed, such as advice on how to set up a new solo practice, and how to streamline and automate your administrative tasks, etc.
-
Be part of a collegiate group of supportive practitioners who meet monthly for peer supervision, and you would be very welcome to join if you would like.
If you have any questions, please contact Eileen Seah or send a cover letter and your CV if you are interested in joining us.
