To make an appointment with her via the online booking system, you will first need to provide your name, mobile phone number, email address, and reason(s) for seeking help. After providing your details, an email will be sent to you. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive an email. This email will include a link to the online intake form for you to complete, after which you can arrange an appointment through the online booking system. Please note that the standard fees and relevant surcharges will be charged, unless otherwise requested by eligible clients. If at any time, it is ascertained that your difficulties lie outside Eileen's area of expertise, you will be assisted in finding the most appropriate service for referral. Please note that the practice does not provide mental health crisis services, after-hours services, or therapeutic services over email or phone; and does not reply text messages.
